There was no chemistry between the 2 main characters and it was not evident why the main character was so determined to find her when there was nothing about her to generate a feeling of sympathy or desire. Her character was empty and void of any charm or depth. It was stated the movie was filmed in a unique way but it didn't appear to be visually stunning or interesting. This film is a gloomy mess of uninteresting characters and very painful to watch.

The character development is confusing as well. I never saw a movie bad as this one. lol, the movie itself is nothing to do with the "last of the Earth" just used this BIG name to attract people to watch on the last of 2018. Movie totally lasts about 140mins, 5 mins eating an apple(twice) 5 mins walking through a tunnel, if doing so is to make the film longer, it succeeded. Countless bugs in the film, then people gonna say it is because it was a dream, then make all impossible reasonable, this part really drives people crazy. I dont think a good movie is only targeted to few people. Most of the reviews are 1 star, but it has over 7 stars result, why? Figure it out yourself. Dont waste money on this movie, or there gonna be more bad things like this coming out.
